This policy explains how we process personal data when you visit the Casafont website (parent brand) and when you write to us through the contact form.
1. What data we process
1.1 Contact form
When you submit the form, we may process:

- Message content
- Selected activity (Rural, Studio, Records, Live or “I’m not sure yet”)
- Date and time of submission
- Minimum technical data needed to send and protect the form (when submission is active)
How this data is processed: we use the form only to forward your enquiry by email to the appropriate team. We do not keep an archive or database of enquiries on the website. Message content is handled through email and may be retained in inboxes while it is answered and followed up.
1.2 Browsing
Depending on the site’s technical configuration, the following may be generated:
- Server technical logs (IP address, date/time, requested URL, user agent)
- Essential technical preferences for operation
Cookies: we only use cookies or technical technologies that are essential for the site to work (if any). We do not use analytics or marketing cookies. If a measurement tool is added in the future (for example, web analytics), you will be informed and, where required, consent will be requested before it is activated.
We do not request special categories of data. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive data in your message.
